Following significant year-on-year expansion, our client is investing heavily in its next phase of growth and is looking for an exceptional commercial leader to identify new opportunities, optimise performance, and build scalable growth strategies. The Head of Growth will lead the organisation's growth strategy across customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue generation. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you will combine data, creativity, CRM expertise, and commercial thinking to accelerate growth and maximise customer lifetime value.


Role Highlights

– Own and execute the end-to-end growth strategy across multiple channels

– Develop high-performing CRM and lifecycle marketing programmes

– Identify, test and scale new customer acquisition opportunities

– Build growth initiatives that align product, marketing and commercial objectives

– Drive measurable improvements across retention, conversion and revenue metrics


You Will Need

– Proven leadership experience within growth, digital marketing or customer acquisition

– Strong CRM expertise including segmentation, automation and lifecycle campaigns

– Track record of delivering significant growth with lean teams and controlled budgets

– Experience operating across both consumer and commercial environments

– Advanced analytical skills with experience using marketing and data platforms
