Head of Marketing
Head of Marketing
The role
Qurated works with some of the most ambitious businesses in financial and professional services, helping them solve complex organisational and talent challenges. The business has grown on the back of strong relationships with a reputation for doing things properly. The founders are invested in having Marketing play a key part in how that growth continues.
This role sits at the centre of that. Working closely with the founders, who you’ll have a direct line to, you'll own how Qurated is positioned and make sure that comes through across every channel (especially the podcast) and every piece of communication that leaves the business.
Qurated is looking for an experienced and energetic marketer who wants genuine ownership, direct influence, and the chance to build something from a strong foundation while working with a close-knit team.
What you'll own
Brand and messaging
- Maintain a consistent brand voice, messaging and proposition across the business. From website copy and email campaigns to how the business presents itself in every client interaction. You will define the standard, guard the brand and voice, while being accountable for the output.
Content and written comms
- Write with clarity, commercial awareness, and a brand-consistent voice is key for this role. You will develop written communication across all channels and formats: pre and post-episode content for the podcast, campaign copy, thought leadership, client-facing materials and channel content.
Campaigns and channels
- Design and execute a structured campaign approach across email, LinkedIn, podcast and events. You will own the strategy, manage the activity and report on testing and metrics.
Events oversight
- Qurated runs a roundtable programme and other events that play an important role in business development. You will ensure these are brand-consistent, properly and consistently followed up, and integrated into the broader marketing effort.
What we're looking for
- A proven marketing professional with experience inside a scaling business. A professional services background is useful but not essential. What matters is that you have operated in a high-growth environment, are comfortable with pace and change and know how to deliver results with creativity and resourcefulness.
- Exceptional writing ability across formats and audiences
- The commercial instinct to understand what marketing needs to achieve for the business, and the discipline to build activity around data and metrics
- The confidence to be a brand guardian, making decisions with conviction and the credibility to bring others with you
- A working style that is both self-directed and collaborative. This role is best for someone who can set their own agenda but operates well as part of a small, close-knit team
- In-office presence three days a week. This is a hands-on role within a tight-knit team
Hybrid (3 days in office)
