Head of Paid Social | Performance Marketing Agency | Remote | £55,000–£65,000 + Bonus


A fast-growing performance marketing agency - 35 people, ambitious clients, serious momentum - is looking for a Head of Paid Social to lead their department and help shape what comes next.


The outgoing Head has moved brand-side after several successful years. The agency is now looking for someone with a fresh perspective, strong creative instincts, and the leadership experience to take the team forward.


THE ROLE

→ Lead and develop a team of 5 paid social specialists (3 senior, 2 mid-level)

→ Directly manage the agency's highest-spending client accounts

→ Own department strategy across performance, creative direction, and team development

→ Take accountability when performance dips and identify opportunities to scale

→ Look holistically at client business performance — not just social metrics


WHAT WILL SET YOU APART


→ A strong creative background - you know what good performance creative looks like and why it works

→ Proven experience leading paid social teams in an agency environment

→ A track record of scaling e-commerce or DTC brands through paid social

→ A genuine commitment to developing the people around you

→ Someone who stays current — following the right voices, testing new formats, never standing still

💰 Salary: £55,000–£65,000

🎁 Bonus: Performance, churn and team satisfaction bonuses available

📍 Location: Fully remote

👥 Team: 5 direct reports
