The Job
The Head of Programme Delivery plays a critical role in ensuring consistent, high-quality, and predictable delivery across all client programmes.
The purpose of this role is to lead the end-to-end execution of all programmes and major delivery initiatives, ensuring that delivery is controlled, governed, and aligned to client and commercial expectations.

The Job
The Head of Programme Delivery plays a critical role in ensuring consistent, high-quality, and predictable delivery across all client programmes.

- On-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery across all programmes
- Driving delivery consistency and standards across the organisation
- Ensuring clear accountability across the delivery lifecycle
- Managing delivery risk, escalation, and performance
- Planning owns estimation, demand and resourcing
- Programme Delivery owns execution and outcomes

Key Skills And Experience
- Proven leadership of programme delivery, transformation delivery, or PMO delivery functions
- Strong experience managing / overseeing multiple large-scale complex programmes in a client-facing environment
- Demonstrated success in on time, on budget execution, improving delivery predictability, governance, and execution discipline
- Strong experience in risk management, escalation handling, and delivery recovery
- Excellent stakeholder management across clients, executives, and internal teams
- Ability to lead teams through change and transformation
- Strong commercial awareness, including delivery costs, margins and contractual outcomes
- 25 days holiday (plus public holidays) increasing with length of service up to a maximum of 28 days, with carry over of up to 1 week
