Role Summary:  

As a Head - Presales, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by designing and presenting Salesforce-based solutions that align with client needs. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their business challenges, and crafting tailored solutions leveraging Salesforce, MuleSoft, and cloud technologies. Your expertise will be key in driving successful sales engagements, proposal development, and solution demonstrations.


 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Partner with Sales, Business Development, and customers to understand business objectives, challenges, and transformation goals, translating them into scalable solutions. 
  • Lead presales engagements, including discovery workshops, solutioning sessions, technical consultations, and stakeholder discussions to identify customer needs and define the optimal solution approach. 
  • Develop and present compelling solution demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), technical presentations, and value propositions that clearly articulate business and technical benefits. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers and prospects, providing strategic guidance on Salesforce, MuleSoft, and cloud technologies to support their digital transformation initiatives. 
  • Own the technical response for RFPs, RFIs, proposals, effort estimations, and solution documentation, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and organizational capabilities. 
  • Collaborate with Salesforce, MuleSoft, and cloud ecosystem partners to leverage best practices, product innovations, and partner-led opportunities. 
  • Work closely with delivery and engineering teams to validate solution feasibility, mitigate risks, and ensure a smooth transition from presales to project execution.

  • Create solution proposals, effort estimations, technical documentation, and contribute to RFP & RFI responses. 
  • Stay updated on Salesforce, MuleSoft, and cloud technology advancements, ensuring solutions remain cutting-edge. 
  • Support go-to-market strategies, partnerships, and co-selling initiatives within the Salesforce ecosystem. 
  • Provide technical leadership during customer presentations, executive meetings, and strategic account planning discussions to drive revenue growth and customer success.
