Purpose of the Role
Lead the Supply Chain Finance function for UK Industrialization, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, Process Equipment and Capital Delivery, ensuring delivery of financial, operational, and strategic objectives. The role is accountable for capital investment governance, cost competitiveness, supply chain finance, working capital optimization, business partnering, and financial stewardship across the UK business in alignment with Corporate office while supporting the company's growth and industrialization agenda.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Finance Leadership
- Lead UK Supply Chain and CapEx Finance, partnering with senior leaders on strategy, investment decisions, risk, and long-range planning.
- Lead CapEx planning, governance, forecasting, approvals, reporting, and investment performance for UK capital programmes.
- Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Operations on budgets, forecasts, performance, and decisions.
- Drive cost optimisation, benchmarking, value engineering, TCO, Make vs Buy analysis, and commercial insight.
- Optimise working capital, cash forecasting, inventory, supplier payments, logistics, and operational spend.
- Maintain financial controls, governance, audit readiness, and risk management across projects, contracts, and operations.
- Lead SAP S/4HANA finance capability, digitalisation, automation, dashboards, analytics, and reporting accuracy.
- Support financing, due diligence, lender engagement, grants, incentives, and related compliance reporting.
- Lead close, MIS, forecasting, variance analysis, management reviews, and insight-led performance reporting.
- Influence senior stakeholders on cost, schedule, risk, funding, audit, supplier, and operational decisions.
- Build a high-performing finance team, driving accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, governance, and financial discipline.
- Senior finance leadership experience within advanced manufacturing, supply chain, engineering or large-scale industrial environments.
- Strong experience in CapEx finance, supply chain finance, financial control, forecasting, working capital and performance reporting.
- Experience leading ERP or SAP implementations, ideally across supply chain, procurement, materials management or manufacturing finance.
- Confident partnering with senior leaders and influencing complex stakeholder groups.
- Professional finance qualification required.
- CapEx delivery, cash flow adherence and forecast accuracy.
- Working capital improvement and cost optimisation.
- Strong audit, risk and compliance outcomes.
- SAP S/4HANA finance transformation milestones.
