- Delivering EcoOnline and VC training and coaching to new starters and line managers
- Maintaining accurate records of all incident reports including Quality Issue Reports (QIRs) — logging, allocating actions and tracking to closure
- Administering the Lone Worker system: allocating devices, maintaining escalation paths, reporting weekly usage and issuing safety notifications
- Leading safety at UGI House: inductions for new starters, fire safety checks and drills, acting as Site Incident Controller, completing low-level investigations, issuing Permits to Work
- Acting as Administrator and Document Controller for the HSSEQ pages of The Hub (SharePoint intranet) — maintaining content and keeping key documents current
- Supporting the preparation of HSSEQ policies, presentations, Toolbox Talks, bulletins and communications
- Monitoring the team’s shared mailbox and ensuring enquiries are directed and resolved promptly
- Compiling and submitting quarterly statistical returns to Liquid Gas UK and supporting the completion of commercial customer supplier questionnaires.
