We're looking for an experienced HSE Advisor to join the team and help us maintain those standards across a live, growing project portfolio.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Health Safety Environment Advisor at Oliver Connell & Son Ltd located in Greater London. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to health and safety compliance, risk assessment, auditing, and ensuring occupational health standards are met.
The role
- Site inspections, audits and risk assessments across Infrastructure, RC Frame / Groundworks and Aviation projects. Advising site and project management on HSE compliance Developing and maintaining RAMS, CPPs and site-specific documentation. Investigating incidents and near-misses and driving corrective action. Supporting CDM, ISO 45001 and wider regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Health & Safety and Environment Health and Safety (EHS) knowledge
- Experience in Occupational Health and NEBOSH certification
- Auditing skills and experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well independently and in a team
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential
- Experience in civils, Rc Frame / groundworks ?aviation environments.
- Comfortable across multiple live projects with a mobile remit
- Full UK driving license
