This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Assistant role located in Harrow. The Healthcare Assistant will support patients with daily living tasks, ensure their safety, and provide compassionate care. Responsibilities include assisting with mobility, medication administration, following health and safety protocols, and effectively communicating with patients and colleagues to enhance care delivery.
- Experience in Patient Care and understanding of Medicine
- Knowledge of Manual Handling and adherence to Health & Safety standards
- Strong Interpersonal Skills for effective communication and teamwork
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude toward patient needs
- Basic certifications in healthcare or caregiving, such as NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, are preferred
- Previous experience in a healthcare environment is advantageous
