Are you a compassionate and motivated Healthcare Assistant looking to develop your skills in primary care? We are seeking an enthusiastic Band 3 Healthcare Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team at Tieve Tara Medical Centre.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care within a busy GP practice. Working under the supervision of our Lead Practice Nurse, you will support patients throughout their healthcare journey and contribute to the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centered care.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide a range of clinical and patient-focused services, including and will work closely with GPs, nurses, and the wider multidisciplinary team to help deliver excellent primary care services to our local community.

We are looking for a proactive and resilient individual who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, sound judgement, and the ability to use initiative when managing competing priorities in a busy healthcare environment. You will be adaptable, self-motivated, and able to respond professionally to a variety of challenges while maintaining confidentiality, empathy, and compassion. A flexible approach to working patterns and locations, together with a commitment to personal and professional development, is essential for this role.
