Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm)

As HR Administrator, you will:
- Provide HR administration support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes and leavers
- Maintain accurate HR records, systems and documentation
- Produce HR correspondence including offer letters, contracts and employee communications
- Act as a first point of contact for HR queries from managers and team members
- Coordinate HR meetings and support with documentation and administration
- Assist with HR reporting, compliance checks and maintaining KPI trackers
- Support payroll, benefits administration and wider HR projects where required
- Support recruitment administration including posting adverts, coordinating interviews and candidate communication
- Help ensure HR policies, systems and processes remain accurate and up to date
Who We’re Looking For
- Previous administration experience within HR or a professional office environment
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and HR systems
- The ability to manage confidential information professionally
- A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above) or A-Level equivalent qualifications
- Experience working in a high-volume HR administration role
- Familiarity with systems such as ADP, MAPAL or RotaOne
- CIPD qualification or working towards CIPD accreditation
