You will be instrumental in owning the internal product roadmap for custom dashboards and reporting suites, driving strategic initiatives, and significantly enhancing the employee journey across multiple global locations, making a tangible impact on operational efficiency and employee experience.

About The Company

Join a leading global enterprise technology company dedicated to shaping the future of work. This organization is renowned for its innovative approach to business solutions, consistently delivering cutting-edge platforms that empower companies worldwide. As part of their team, you’ll contribute to a mission-driven environment focused on leveraging data to enhance strategic decision-making and foster a data-driven culture across the enterprise.

About The Role

Are you an analytical and consultative professional eager to make a significant impact within a dynamic global organization? This pivotal role offers the chance to directly transform how teams across multiple global locations leverage data, influence employee experience, and boost operational efficiency. You will gain unmatched experience within an internal People Analytics engine, leading the pilot and testing of brand-new, cutting-edge reporting technologies and shaping strategic initiatives through insightful data. This is more than just a reporting role; it’s an opportunity to drive strategic decision-making and foster a data-driven culture across the enterprise, directly influencing how the company understands and supports its most valuable asset: its people.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the end-to-end design, configuration, and maintenance of custom reports and dashboards within a leading enterprise platform, focusing on internal organizational metrics.
  • Lead interactive, peer-to-peer training and enablement sessions with international business partners to drive dashboard adoption and maximize data utilization.
  • Partner with internal operational teams and international leaders to translate operational needs into systemic dashboard updates and strategic enhancements.
  • Collaborate on the adoption of seasonal reporting, end-of-quarter analytics updates, and testing of new automation features within the enterprise platform.

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience bridging the gap between people-related data systems and business stakeholders, whether from a people technology background, as an analytical business partner, or an enterprise reporting specialist.
  • True enterprise reporting mastery: This role requires native configuration within a leading enterprise platform. You must have deep experience writing advanced, matrix, and composite reports inside such an ecosystem (not just extracting data to visualize in external tools).
  • Superb communication skills: The ability to explain complex data sets with natural warmth and clarity to non-technical partners.
