HR Business Partner
Oakleaf is partnering with a respected and growing accountancy firm to find an HR Business Partner who will support a diverse client group of around 200 heads. The firm has a collaborative, people-focused culture and ambitious growth plans, and this role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders to shape business-aligned, impactful people strategies. You'll be part of a forward-thinking HR team driving improvements across talent, performance, and leadership capability.
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver commercial, practical people solutions aligned to business objectives
- Build strong relationships with Partners and Managers, acting as a trusted adviser and constructive challenger
- Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent strategy initiatives
- Manage employee relations matters and support performance management processes
- Drive organisational design, change management, and transformation initiatives
- Support delivery of key HR processes including remuneration, promotions, and appraisals
- Use data and insights to inform decision-making and improve people outcomes
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to ensure consistent and effective people practices
- Proven HR Business Partner experience within professional services or financial services
- Strong employee relations expertise and ability to manage complex cases
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders
- Commercial awareness and understanding of business priorities
- Strong organisational and communication skills with a proactive approach
- Experience in workforce planning and talent management
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret and leverage data
