HR Data, Insights & Systems Analyst
We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Data, Insights & Systems Analyst to join our international Human Resources team, supporting colleagues across multiple global offices. This hybrid role sits within our HR Data, Insights & Systems team and offers a unique opportunity to work across both data analytics and HR systems, driving meaningful insight and operational effectiveness.
The Role:
You will play a key role in ensuring HR data and systems are aligned, accurate and fit for purpose, supporting the business with high-quality reporting and continuous improvement initiatives. Working closely with stakeholders across HR and the wider business, you will help shape data-driven decision-making and enhance system capability.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining HR dashboards, reports and Power BI outputs
- Analysing HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Ensuring data integrity and consistency across HR systems and reporting
- Supporting system administration, enhancements and process improvements
- Collaborating with HR, IT and external suppliers on system and reporting needs
- Contributing to HR projects, including system upgrades and implementations
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in HR analytics, HR systems or a similar role
- Is highly proficient in Excel and experienced in Power BI
- Has strong analytical skills and can interpret complex data effectively
- Has experience using Workday and an interest in HR systems development
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Communicates confidently with stakeholders and works well collaboratively
