HR Advisor
Barrow Based (Hybrid working)
£31.93 an hour Umbrella Inside IR35
12 Month Contract initially.
This is a great opportunity to work within one of the UK’s leading Defence organisations based In Barrow in Furness. 3-4 days per week on site.
Key Experience & Skills Required
• Proven HR Generalist experience gained over several years within a busy, customer-focused environment
• CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience)
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
• Excellent problem-solving capability with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience supporting senior leaders
• Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to confidently use functions such as VLOOKUPs and analyse people data
• Comfortable acting as the first point of contact and seeing issues through to completion
• Experience supporting core HR cyclical activities, such as:
- Promotions
- Talent and succession processes
- Reward activities
- Workforce planning initiatives
