HR Business Analyst - 6 months FTC

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Analyst to join Nomad Foods on a fixed-term contract within our Group IT function. Working closely with HR, Technology and third-party partners, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our HR technology landscape, helping to deliver impactful business and systems change across a pan-European organisation. This role offers the opportunity to work across a range of HR applications including SuccessFactors, Payroll and Time & Attendance solutions, driving continuous improvement and enabling the business to maximise value from its technology investments.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the gathering, analysis and documentation of business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and solution designs.
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology optimisation.
  • Support the delivery of HR system enhancements, upgrades and transformation projects across the organisation.
  • Manage relationships with third-party support providers, ensuring effective service delivery and performance management.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder sessions to define future business processes and requirements.
  • Lead testing activities, including user acceptance testing, training and implementation support.
  • Document business processes, user journeys, functional specifications and project deliverables using recognised methodologies.
  • Assist in the development of business cases and recommendations for system and process improvements.
  • Support incident and problem management processes, ensuring effective resolution through third-party suppliers.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Designers, Service Delivery teams and HR leaders to ensure successful delivery of technology initiatives.


About you

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst who combines strong analytical and stakeholder management skills with a solid understanding of HR processes and systems. You will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment and have the ability to challenge existing processes, drive improvements and deliver successful business change initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • Experience as a Business Analyst supporting HR systems, processes and business transformation initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of HR technologies, including SuccessFactors, Payroll and Time & Attendance solutions.
  • Proven experience gathering requirements, documenting business processes and creating functional specifications.
  • Experience leading workshops, stakeholder interviews and user acceptance testing activities.
  • Strong process improvement and business analysis capabilities with the ability to challenge and redesign existing ways of working.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and support providers.
  • Knowledge of LMS, recruitment systems, SAP integration, HANA or S/4HANA would be advantageous.
