We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resource Executive to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. Main Tasks of Job:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job adverts, interviews, offer letters, and onboarding.
- Ensure staff files are fully compliant with CQC requirements, including DBS, Right to Work, references, and training.
- Maintain accurate HR records and update employee files digitally and physically.
- Monitor and coordinate mandatory training, keeping the training matrix up to date.
- Track and manage DBS expiry dates and support renewal processes.
- Assist managers with employee relations issues such as absences, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Conduct regular internal audits of HR documentation to ensure compliance and readiness for inspections.
- Support employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture and enhance staff motivation and retention.
- Ensure all HR and compliance records adhere to GDPR and confidentiality requirements.
- Support the induction process for new staff, ensuring all checks and training are completed before start dates.
- Prepare reports for management on HR metrics such as compliance, spot check, supervision and training matrix.
- Keep HR and compliance policies updated in line with changes to employment law and care regulations.
- Liaise with external agencies and training providers where necessary to support HR and compliance needs.
Experience
- Experienced in managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including creating and maintaining user accounts for the Care SOK Training Portal, ensuring timely access for new employees and monitoring training compliance.
- Skilled in coordinating care planning administration by maintaining accurate employee records, supporting documentation, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in HR administration, including employee lifecycle management, recruitment support, onboarding, HR documentation, and maintaining confidential personnel records.
- Experienced in granting, updating, and revoking system access for employees across HR and training platforms while ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, induction, employee engagement, performance tracking, and compliance with company policies.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate HR data, generate reports, and update employee information using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience liaising effectively with employees, managers, and external stakeholders to resolve HR and system access queries.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Committed to delivering a positive employee experience by providing timely HR support, facilitating mandatory training completion, and ensuring smooth administrative processes.
- Adept at maintaining confidentiality, handling sensitive employee information, and supporting continuous improvement in HR operations.
