Workday HCM & Financials Specialists (Consultant to Lead Level)

Overview
We are seeking experienced Workday professionals across HCM and Financials to support the implementation, optimisation, and ongoing support of enterprise-scale ERP solutions within a complex shared services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and support Workday HCM and/or Financials modules
- Translate business requirements into functional designs and system solutions
- Support testing, release cycles, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage incidents, service requests, and enhancements in line with SLAs
- Engage with stakeholders to deliver effective and scalable solutions
- For senior roles: provide technical leadership, governance, and mentoring
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience with Workday HCM or Workday Financials
- Strong understanding of HR or Finance processes within complex organisations
- Experience in configuration, implementation, or support environments
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into system solutions
- Experience working within Agile or structured delivery frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Desirable
- Workday certifications
- Experience in public sector, government, or shared services environments
- Exposure to ERP transformation programmes or other platforms (e.g. Oracle)
