The Company
We are working with a highly regarded global investment firm to hire an HR Generalist on a maternity cover contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team within a fast-paced international business.
The Role
A broad HR Generalist position with a strong operational focus, supporting the full employee lifecycle and acting as a key point of contact across the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing onboarding, offboarding and employee changes
- Handling HR queries and supporting the HR inbox
- Maintaining HR systems, reporting and people data
- Preparing contracts and HR documentation
- Supporting payroll processes and employee queries
- Assisting with global HR projects and coordination
The Candidate
- 4+ years' HR experience
- Strong HR Generalist or HR Operations background
- Financial or professional services experience preferred
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, personable and adaptable approach
The Details
- Salary: £65,000–£70,000
- September start
- Hybrid working
