HV Technician - South West England
Permanent | Renewable Energy | Field-Based
We’re recruiting for an experienced HV Technician to support renewable energy sites across the South West of England, covering Bristol down through Somerset, Devon and Cornwall.
The role will involve:
- HV maintenance, installation and repairs up to 33kV
- Cable jointing and terminations
- Switchgear and transformer works
- Fault finding and testing
- Supporting Solar, Wind and BESS sites
- Working to HV Safety Rules and Safe Systems of Work
We’re looking for:
- Strong HV plant/equipment experience
- 33kV jointing and termination experience
- Previous fitting/jointing authorisations
- Full UK driving licence
- SSSTS or equivalent
- AP experience desirable
