Implementation Lead - Leeds (Hybrid, 2 Days Onsite)
6-Month Contract | Banking
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Lead to support the delivery of critical technology and operational change within a banking environment. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving successful implementations, ensuring operational readiness, and resolving complex technical challenges across large-scale enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end delivery from planning through implementation and go-live.
• Lead the resolution of critical technical issues, driving root cause analysis and long-term fixes.
• Manage risks, dependencies, incidents, problems, and change activities.
• Ensure service readiness, stability, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
• Drive automation, monitoring, continuous improvement, and best-practice delivery processes.
Required Experience
• Strong delivery or implementation management experience within banking or financial services.
• Proven ability to resolve complex technical and operational issues in large enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of infrastructure, applications, networking, and system integrations.
• Experience with ITSM frameworks and tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
