Independent Contractor

• Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)

• Strong treasury understanding

• Expertise in intercompany loans and funding structures

• Experienced in cash pooling and netting arrangements

• Solid understanding of FX exposure management and Mark-to-Market (M2M) reporting

• Knowledge of debt management, refinancing, and covenant monitoring

• Strong financial reporting and controls background

• Proven ability to support multinational and complex corporate environments

• Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering business value
