  • Identify and secure new partnership opportunities, developing compelling proposals and innovative content strategies.
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to inform partnership growth and content development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate, develop and launch engaging learning programmes.
  • Ensure partner content is delivered on time, meets quality expectations and aligns with learner needs.
  • Monitor programme performance, lead reviews and implement improvements to maximise learner engagement and business outcomes.
  • Influence stakeholders across partner organisations, from subject matter experts to senior executives.
  • Manage and support team members while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing culture.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • 3+ years' experience in account management, strategic partnerships or business development.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and delivering commercial growth.
  • A passion for educational content and digital learning.
  • Strong proposal development and partnership acquisition experience.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and translate insights into strategic action.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercial awareness and financial acumen.
  • Experience leading or managing people.
  • Highly self-motivated, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

Desirable

  • Experience working with industry or strategic partnerships within EdTech, learning or digital content environments.
  • Knowledge of key sectors such as Technology, Health or Business.
  • Experience engaging senior executives and subject matter experts to build long-term partnerships.
  • A strong interest in skills development, workforce transformation and addressing global skills gaps.
