This is a fast-paced, hands-on role focused on executing the influencer pipeline, ensuring smooth gifting + content delivery, and helping scale creator activity to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue.

You’ll be highly organised, proactive, and obsessed with detail - helping maintain a best-in-class influencer programme that feels premium, on-brand, and efficient internally.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer & Creator Support:

  • Support the Influencer Manager with daily influencer outreach and relationship management.
  • Help identify and build lists of potential creators (UK + International) that align with the brand.
  • Manage the influencer pipeline (who we’ve contacted, who’s confirmed, who’s posted, who needs chasing).
  • Support creator onboarding and ensure all key info is captured correctly (address, sizing, handle, platform, content expectations etc.).

Gifting & Product Coordination:

  • Support the gifting process end-to-end, including:
  • Track gifting deliveries and resolve issues quickly (missing parcels, incorrect items, delays).

Content Tracking & Follow-Ups:

  • Track content delivery against timelines and monitor influencer activity.
  • Ensure content is shared back to the team and saved correctly for reuse.
  • Log post links, screenshots, and performance results where possible (views, likes, comments, sales etc.).

Admin, Reporting & Organisation:

  • Maintain accurate influencer tracking sheets (Google Sheets / Excel).
  • Support with general reporting.
  • Help keep campaign calendars and influencer activity aligned with key launches and brand moments.

Brand Protection & Quality Control:

  • Ensure creators align with brand tone, values, and visual identity.
  • Flag any content that feels off-brand, low quality, or misaligned.
  • Ensure the influencer programme feels premium and consistent in execution.

Additional Support:

  • Assist with creator contracts / usage rights where required.
  • Support event/activation influencer invites (if relevant).
  • Work closely with Social + Content teams to make sure influencer content is reused effectively across paid and organic.

Measures of Success:

  • Influencers are onboarded smoothly, with clear communication.
  • Gifting is organised, accurate and delivered on time.
  • Content is tracked properly and consistently delivered.
  • Influencer pipeline is always up to date and easy to action.
  • The creator programme scales without becoming chaotic.
  • The quality of creator output remains high and on-brand.

About You

  • Confident communicator (DMs, email, WhatsApp, follow-ups).
  • Genuine interest in social media, creators, fashion, and culture.
  • Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong admin skills (Google Sheets/Excel, tracking, calendars).
  • Solutions-focused and proactive — you don’t wait to be told.

Desirable

  • Experience in influencer marketing / PR / social media (internship, assistant role, placement year etc.).
