Information Technology Manager
IT Manager - Full Time
We are an award-winning London architecture practice seeking a proactive and hands-on IT Manager to take ownership of our technology environment and support the continued growth of the business.
This is a broad and influential role, combining day-to-day IT management with cyber security, systems improvement, and strategic planning. As the primary internal IT lead, you will ensure our systems are secure, reliable, and fit for the future while helping the business make the most of technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day IT environment, providing support and guidance to employees across the practice.
- Ensure devices, software, and business systems are secure, maintained, and up to date.
- Strengthen cyber security, including endpoint protection, patch management, access controls, and data security.
- Implement and manage device management solutions and maintain accurate IT asset records.
- Improve system resilience through effective backup, recovery, and business continuity processes.
- Manage shared technology, meeting room systems, and office infrastructure to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Lead the improvement and integration of business systems, helping to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Work closely with external IT providers, ensuring services deliver value and align with business needs.
- Support compliance requirements and cyber security standards expected by clients and industry best practice.
- Help to develop and maintain a clear IT roadmap, planning future technology investments, hardware refreshes, and system upgrades.
- Identify and address technology risks before they impact the business.
About You
You will have experience managing IT infrastructure, systems, and cyber security within a professional services environment. You are equally comfortable providing hands-on support, leading improvement projects, and advising senior stakeholders on technology decisions.

Candidates must have an excellent level of spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK. This role is based in the Studio five days a week.
