Information Technology Recruiter

Optimus Search is looking for an IT Recruitment Consultant with approximately 12 months of recruitment experience to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has developed a strong foundation in technology recruitment and is ready to take the next step in their career. You'll work within some of Europe's most exciting technology markets, partnering with innovative businesses across Software Development, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Data, SAP, and Engineering.

We're looking for an ambitious recruiter who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions to both clients and candidates.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the full 360° recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement
• Building and developing relationships with technology clients across Europe
• Identifying and winning new business opportunities
• Sourcing, interviewing, and managing highly skilled technology professionals
• Managing recruitment processes from qualification through to offer stage
• Building a strong network within your specialist market
• Becoming a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates

What We're Looking For

• Around 12 months of recruitment experience within IT, Technology, Digital, or Engineering recruitment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development
• Confident speaking with clients and candidates over the phone
• Ambitious, driven, and eager to develop professionally
• A desire to work within a fast-paced, high-performance environment
