Information Technology Recruitment Consultant

Optimus Search is looking for an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant with around 2 years of recruitment experience to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter who has already established themselves within the technology market and is looking for greater responsibility, autonomy, and career progression. You'll have the opportunity to work with some of Europe's most innovative technology businesses across Software Development, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, SAP, Data & AI, and Engineering.

We're looking for a driven consultant who enjoys building lasting relationships, winning new business, and delivering exceptional results for both clients and candidates.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing the full 360° recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement
• Building and developing relationships with technology clients across Europe
• Identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Sourcing, interviewing, and managing highly skilled technology professionals
• Managing recruitment processes from qualification through to offer and placement
• Building and growing your own specialist market
• Acting as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates

What We're Looking For

• Around 2 years of recruitment experience within IT, Technology, Digital, or Engineering recruitment
• Proven ability to build relationships with clients and candidates
• A commercial mindset and passion for business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Ambitious, resilient, and motivated to build a successful recruitment career
