YOUR MISSIONS
You will be joining the group’s support functions as an IT Support Technician and will be attached to our Helpdesk dedicated to internal staff, ensuring assistance, support, and the operational readiness of systems.
Your main duties will include:
- Maintaining the operational status of user environments
- Managing onboarding processes (preparing PCs, handling deliveries and stock management)
- Ensuring proper functioning of operating systems
- Diagnosing IT, hardware, and software malfunctions
- Providing technical assistance and training to users
- Drafting technical documentation
- Contributing to the standardisation of IT systems in the context of company acquisitions
YOUR PROFILE
- You have at least one prior experience in a similar IT support role —including internships or apprenticeships and are motivated to have a permanent role within a global organization.
- You possess a strong interest in systems and applications.
- You are comfortable and familiar with Apple and Mac environments.
- You have proficiency in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, and Entra.
- This position is primarily based on-site to ensure effective support to your internal clients (our offices are located HR Path UK 7th Floor, Copthall House 14/18 Copthall Avenue London, EC2R 7DJ
- Occasional remote work may be possible, depending on operational needs.
- Excellent English language skills, French is a plus.
COMPENSATION
Base Salary: £29 K- £40 K (fixed), commensurate with experience.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
