Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, define scopes, allocate resources, and manage budgets to ensure timely completion of infrastructure projects, including IT systems, data Key centers, networks, end user and cloud environments

· Team Coordination: Assemble and lead project teams, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and enforce accountability across technical and cross-functional teams

· Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Customers, business units, IT teams, vendors, and external partners to align project goals with organizational objectives and maintain effective communication

· Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to minimize project impact

· Vendor and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts, manage vendor relationships, and evaluate performance to ensure project requirements are met

· Compliance and Standards: Ensure projects adhere to industry standards, IT regulations, and organizational policies

· Reporting and Documentation: Prepare status reports, executive presentations, and maintain project documentation for transparency and accountability

· Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, infrastructure strategy enhancement, and adoption of emerging technologies

Required Skills and Competencies

· Technical Expertise: Understanding of IT infrastructure, network, End User, data systems, servers, and cloud-based environments

· Project Management Proficiency: Knowledge of methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches, and proficiency with tools like MS Project, JIRA, Excel, and AutoCAD.

· Leadership and Team Management: Ability to motivate, guide, and mentor multidisciplinary teams toward successful project completion

· Communication and Negotiation: Effective interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and team members

· Analytical and Problem-Solving: Capability to assess project performance, manage risks, and implement corrective actions
