Job Overview

Important note for candidates unfortunately, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.

Are you an Adult Trained Nurse looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to develop and progress in your career, or an Adult Student Nurse due to qualify within the next three months?

If the answer is yes, then a post on Swithland Ward at Loughborough Community Hospital is the right choice for you.

Our wards are nurse led which will give you high levels of autonomy and satisfaction in delivering excellent patient care, supporting rehabilitation, and increasing patient independence and quality of life.

Our cohorts of patients are increasingly complex due to the need to facilitate transfer from acute trusts for individuals who are medically fit for discharge and to prevent admission from home to the secondary care sector.

You will work your hours over a roster which covers 24 hours / seven days a week and the shifts will be 11.5 hours in length.

If working in this positive environment appeals to you, then please apply.

Free parking is available on site.

The local bus transport network has a stop close by.

The Trust provides extensive learning and development opportunities to support you in progressing your nursing career to a senior role if you wish to do so.
