Role: Inside Sales Account Manager


Location: We offer Choice-Based Working, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK. You'll also have access to our Konica Minolta and Regus offices nationwide, with occasional travel as the business requires.


Package: £28,000 – £31,000 + 10k OTE

Join Us as an Inside Sales Account Manager


As our next Inside Sales Account Manager, you'll play a key role in building lasting customer relationships, driving account growth, and delivering exceptional service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of account management and proactive sales in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.


  • Manage and grow an established customer portfolio - taking ownership of existing accounts to maximise retention, strengthen relationships, and ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Identify growth opportunities within your customer base - uncovering cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to deliver added value and expand existing partnerships.
  • Drive new business revenue - proactively engaging prospective customers and generating additional sales opportunities through targeted business development activity (approximately
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets - confidently promoting and selling Konica Minolta solutions, consistently delivering strong commercial results and contributing to overall business success.


Key responsibilities will include:


Sales & Pipeline Management

• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline aligned to targets

• Identify and engage decision-makers within target organisations

Account Growth & Retention

• Manage a defined portfolio of existing customers, with full ownership of renewal and retention

• Proactively engage customers throughout the lifecycle to maximise retention and long-term value

New Business Development

• Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities within target sectors

• Build and manage a focused prospect pipeline alongside the existing account base

• Generate and convert new customer opportunities to support incremental revenue growth

Collaboration & Solution Selling

• Work with internal specialists (Solutions, Production Print, etc.)

• Align customer needs to KM's full solutions portfolio

Operational Excellence

• Maintain accurate CRM records (Microsoft Dynamics)

• Support RFQs and tender submissions

• Work in line with KPIs and sales processes

We'd Love to Hear from You If You:

  • Previous experience within a sales or customer-facing role, ideally in a B2B environment
  • A positive, proactive approach with a strong desire to succeed in a target-driven role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • An enthusiasm for technology and interest in developing knowledge of Konica Minolta's solutions
  • Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A structured approach to managing tasks, activity, and pipeline
  • Willingness to learn new skills and continuously develop within the role
  • Comfortable using systems and tools to manage customer information (CRM experience desirable but not essential)
  • Experience managing or supporting existing customers (retention, renewals, or account growth) is advantageous
