About the Role



Pre-Launch & Customer Engagement


  • Lead pre-launch engagement with dermatology specialists across secondary care.
  • Build strong, compliant relationships with key stakeholders involved in dermatology diagnosis, treatment, and service delivery.
  • Deliver high-quality disease education and non-promotional scientific exchange in line with pre-launch guidelines.
  • Support early identification of launch accounts, advocates, and centres of excellence.


Hybrid Commercial & Access Responsibilities


  • Combine traditional sales skills with market access and account management activity.
  • Support account readiness by understanding local pathways, funding mechanisms, and decision-making structures.
  • Work collaboratively with Market Access and Medical teams to support future reimbursement and access strategy.
  • Identify and help remove barriers to adoption at account level.


Account & Territory Planning


  • Develop robust territory and account plans aligned with pre-launch and launch objectives.
  • Map stakeholders within dermatology accounts, identifying influencers and decision-makers.
  • Prepare accounts for launch through education, insight gathering, and relationship development.


Launch Preparation & Cross-Functional Working


  • Actively contribute to launch planning and execution activities.
  • Share insights from the field to inform brand strategy, materials, and targeting.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access to ensure a coordinated approach.


Compliance & Governance


  • Operate to the highest standards of compliance in line with ABPI Code of Practice and company SOPs.
  • Ensure all interactions are ethical, balanced, and patient-focused.
