Interim Commercial/Procurement Lawyer
We are delighted to be supporting a well-known client within the Sports sector, in their search for an Interim Public Procurement Lawyer.
We're looking for a seasoned procurement lawyer, commercial lawyer with procurement experience or procurement professional with strong public sector procurement expertise who can act as a trusted adviser throughout a critical framework development process.
Our client is currently developing a new public procurement framework, and the consultant would support the client on procurement governance, conflict management, process compliance and best practice during the market engagement and tender stages.
We are looking for a minimum commitment of 1 day per week, with flexibility as project demands fluctuate. The role can be delivered entirely remotely, allowing us to consider consultants across the UK.
About you:
- Experienced commercial/procurement lawyer or procurement professional.
- Strong understanding of public sector procurement regulations and governance.
- Proven experience advising on complex procurement exercises or framework development.
- Local authority or wider public sector experience is highly desirable.
