The Opportun
ityWe are seeking an immediately available, qualified finance professional to join as Interim Group FP&A Manager. Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality group reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis across the busine
ss.
This role offers significant exposure to executive stakeholders and provides the opportunity to influence how financial information supports business growth. For the right individual, there is strong potential for the role to convert into a permanent posit
ion.

- itiesLead the monthly Group FP&A cycle, including management reporting, variance analysis, and performance insi
- ghts.Develop and enhance budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning proce
- sses.Consolidate financial performance across multiple entities and business u
- nits.Partner with operational and commercial leaders to understand key business drivers and performance tr
- ends.Deliver clear and actionable financial analysis to support strategic decision-ma
- king.Build and maintain financial models to assess growth initiatives, investment opportunities, and business perform
- ance.Support Board, investor, and senior leadership reporting requirem
- ents.Drive improvements in reporting quality, automation, and FP&A processes as the business sc
- ales.Assist with cash flow forecasting and scenario plan
- ning.Support ad hoc strategic projects and business initiatives as requ
