This is a hands-on, high-volume role with a clear deliverable and a firm deadline - ideal for a real estate lawyer who enjoys getting things done and wants to make a tangible impact from day one.

The Opportunity

You will be leading on the asset transfer process across a large volume of commercial leases - obtaining landlord consents, managing the transfer mechanics and working through the portfolio systematically.

The sheer scale of the workload is what makes this role compelling - this is a real opportunity to own a significant programme of work within a well-resourced, globally recognised business.

  • Obtain and track landlord consents across a large number of landlords and lease arrangements
  • Advise on the mechanics of UK asset transfers in the context of a corporate integration

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across legal, corporate and property teams
  • Drive the workstream forward autonomously, managing volume and pace to meet the October deadline

About You

  • England & Wales qualified, c.3-5 PQE
  • Strong commercial real estate background - ideally with experience of lease assignments, landlord consents and property transfers in a corporate or transactional context
  • Comfortable managing high volumes of matters simultaneously and working to tight deadlines
  • Pragmatic, organised and able to hit the ground running with minimal hand-holding
  • Experience of post-acquisition integration or corporate restructuring contexts a significant advantage
  • Scottish property law experience useful but not essential - external counsel will be instructed for Scottish matters

Why This Role?

  • Exclusive mandate - not available elsewhere
  • 6-9 month contract with a clear scope and deliverable
  • Genuine ownership of a high-profile, business-critical workstream
  • Work within a globally recognised technology business at an exciting point in its growth
