This is a fantastic opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centred physiotherapy across a range of community settings. You’ll work autonomously and as part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, which includes nurses, occupational therapists, social workers, dietitians, and more.

Your Day-to-day Will Include
- Providing expert care in patients’ homes and intermediate care placements
- Managing your own caseload across varied and often complex conditions
- Working closely with GPs and wider healthcare professionals to prevent hospital admissions and support early discharges
- Participate in our flexible weekend and late duty rotas
