We are working with a leading specialist M&A advisory firm that has had a very strong 2025/2026, looking to hire a VP level into its Tech and Services M&A team in London.
Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions
- Build and review financial models and valuation analysis
- Manage client relationships and support origination across consulting and IT services
- Prepare client materials and presentations
Requirements:
- 3 – 8 years' Investment Banking / Corporate Finance / M&A Advisory experience
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
- Experience across M&A, ideally within consulting, professional services, IT services or software
- Excellent communication and client relationship management
