Investor Relations & Capital Markets Consultant Vice President/Director

Greater London, England, United Kingdom Full-time Posted 1 day ago

THE OPPORTUNITY

Accellency is looking for an experienced Investor Relations & Capital Markets Consultant to join our team in London or Paris at Vice President or Director level.

This is a senior advisory role offering direct exposure to CEOs, CFOs, Heads of Investor Relations, private equity Partners and investment professionals across some of Europe's leading listed companies and some of the world's largest private equity firms.

You will lead mandates independently, advising clients on some of their most important investor communication challenges - from defining or repositioning an equity story and preparing a Capital Markets Day, to developing an Investor Relations strategy, preparing senior management for the market or supporting a private equity portfolio company ahead of an exit.

You will also work closely with Accellency's Partners on our largest and most strategic client relationships.

Accellency is a strategic advisory firm specialising in Investor Relations and Capital Markets. Our work combines financial analysis, strategic thinking and communication, with assignments spanning both public and private markets.

The breadth of our client base means that you will work across different companies, sectors and investment situations, while developing trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.

·       Developing presentations, management scripts, talking points and investor Q&A

·       Preparing and coaching CEOs, CFOs and other senior executives for investor communications, including results presentations, Capital Markets Days, Investor Days, roadshows, investor meetings and Q&A

·       Analysing private equity investment strategies, portfolio performance and value-creation approaches

·       Advising private equity firms on their communication with institutional investors

·       Leading equity-story and exit-readiness assignments for private equity portfolio companies

·       Managing project teams and reviewing the work of more junior consultants

·       Working closely with Accellency's Partners on our largest and most strategic client mandates
