Stuart’s Truck & Bus is looking for a detail-oriented Invoicing Coordinator to join our growing team at our Victoria site in Cornwall.

About the RoleAs an Invoicing Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our workshop invoicing processes. Responsibilities include:
- Processing workshop job packs and converting technician write-ups into clear, accurate invoices
- Handling retail invoicing, warranty claims, and contract claims
- Managing Work in Progress (WIP) and ensuring job packs move efficiently through the system
- Supporting sublet recharges, purchase order numbers, and general invoicing queries
We are looking for someone who is:
- Detail-focused with strong organisational skills
- A proactive team player with excellent communication abilities
- Able to build effective working relationships
- Experienced in customer service (motor trade experience preferred)
- Competitive salary up to £30,000 (DOE)
