IT Junior
This IT Junior position is a full-time, hybrid role for a recent graduate or college leaver, based in our London office 2-3 days per week, working from home for the remaining days.
Principal responsibilities:
- Providing first line service desk support to staff for hardware and software issues
- Supporting requests and ensuring they are carried out to completion
- Assisting in ensuring documentation is maintained
- Providing basic familiarisation training to staff on company approved hardware and software
- Setting up, maintaining and repairing computers, mobile devices and other related equipment
- Carrying out routine proactive maintenance work to help ensure the smooth running of the IT infrastructure
- Assisting in the installation and deployment of software and hardware
- Undertaking any other relevant duties as identified by the IT Manager
Experience and qualifications:
We are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in a career in IT, and has some IT experience, either gained from full time work or from work experience while studying. The minimum qualification is A levels or equivalent, to include an IT element of some description. Training on the specific systems we use will be provided. We’re looking for drive, enthusiasm and an appetite to learn. We’re a growing organisation and there are opportunities for career progression.
