Junior Marketing Executive (Freelance)

London Area, United Kingdom Full-time Posted 2 days ago

We're looking for a creative, organised and ambitious Junior Marketing Executive to join our growing team and play a key role in the next stage of our growth. Working closely with the Founders and Head of Marketing, you'll help deliver campaigns that build brand awareness, generate leads and drive growth across both brands.

About Us

Pow Food is the UK's leading nutrition-led catering company, redefining workplace food through healthier, more sustainable catering and events for some of London's most exciting businesses. Alongside Pow Food, you'll also work on NUUDA, our fast growing consumer meal delivery brand, making nutrition-led meals more accessible to households across the UK.

Around 75% of your role will focus on NUUDA, gaining experience in D2C marketing across paid advertising, email marketing, CRM, content creation, social media, influencer partnerships and e-commerce. The remaining 25% will support Pow Food, where you'll gain valuable B2B marketing experience across PR, events, partnerships, lead generation and thought leadership, marketing directly to HR teams, workplace managers, facilities teams and business decision-makers.

This is a varied, fast-paced role offering a rare opportunity to develop experience across both consumer and corporate marketing. Rather than specialising in just one area, you'll gain exposure to the full marketing mix, from campaign planning and content creation to reporting, optimisation and events. From day one, you'll contribute to real campaigns, take ownership of projects and see the impact of your work as both brands continue to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design ad creatives using Canva.
  • Write compelling advertising copy.

  • Conduct market and competitor research.
  • Internal Marketing - supporting our catering and wellness programs.
  • Assist with campaign reporting and performance analysis.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Support day to day marketing projects across both Pow Food and NUUDA.

Essential Requirements

  • A First or 2:1 degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
  • Excellent written English and strong copywriting skills.
  • Experience using Canva to create professional marketing materials.
  • Excellent organisational, time management and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive attitude with a genuine willingness to learn.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Desirable Skills

Photography, video editing or motion graphics experience.

An interest in food, nutrition, health or sustainability.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is curious, creative and enjoys taking ownership. You'll be proactive, eager to learn and confident sharing ideas, while thriving in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, you'll be excited to build a long-term career in marketing and make a real contribution to two ambitious, growing brands.

What You'll Gain

  • Experience across both B2B and D2C marketing, working on two ambitious, fast-growing brands: Pow Food and NUUDA.
  • The opportunity to work closely with the founders and Head of Marketing, receiving mentorship and meaningful responsibility from day one.
  • Experience supporting high-profile partnerships and events, including Pow Food's role as the Official Catering Partner of Blue Earth Forum 2026, helping bring one of the UK's leading sustainability events to life.
  • Exposure to the full marketing mix, including paid advertising, PR, CRM, email marketing, social media, content creation, influencer marketing, partnerships, website management and e-commerce.
  • Opportunities to attend events, collaborate with exciting brands and contribute to campaigns with measurable impact.
  • A fast-paced, creative environment where your ideas are encouraged and your work makes a visible difference.
  • Clear opportunities to develop new skills and progress as both brands continue to grow.
  • A varied role where no two days are ever the same.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone at the start of their marketing career who wants broad, practical experience and the chance to accelerate their learning far beyond a traditional graduate marketing role.
