Junior Physiotherapist

Northampton, England, United Kingdom Full-time Posted 7 hours ago

🌟 Junior Physiotherapist – Full-Time | Northampton | RED Physiotherapy 🌟

Company Description

RED Physiotherapy is a patient-centered clinic that focuses on helping individuals move toward independence rather than ongoing reliance on treatment. The team supports people with pain, injury, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions by identifying and addressing root causes, not just symptoms. Founded by Diana and Daniel, the clinic is built around prioritizing outcomes, listening carefully, and developing realistic, easy-to-follow treatment plans. Education is central to the approach, enabling patients to understand their bodies and feel confident managing their health beyond the clinic. The team is selected for both clinical expertise and strong values, measuring success by how confidently patients leave, not how long they stay.

Role Description

The Junior Physiotherapist will provide hands-on assessment and treatment for patients with musculoskeletal pain, injuries, and long-term conditions, in line with RED Physiotherapy's outcome-focused philosophy. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed clinical assessments, developing evidence-based treatment plans, delivering manual therapy and exercise-based interventions, and guiding patients through rehabilitation programs. The role involves educating patients about their condition, promoting self-management strategies, and documenting clinical notes accurately and promptly. The Junior Physiotherapist will collaborate with senior clinicians, participate in case discussions, and contribute to a supportive team culture that emphasizes listening, integrity, and patient independence. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our clinic in Northampton.
