Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Product Developer role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Junior Product Developer will support the end-to-end development of apparel products, from initial concept and research through to final samples and production handover. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with product specifications, coordinating fit sessions, updating tech packs, and tracking samples, fabrics, trims, and lab dips. The role will involve close collaboration with design, production, and suppliers to ensure product quality, cost, and timelines are met. The Junior Product Developer will also conduct competitive and trend research, prepare development reports, and help maintain accurate product data and documentation.

Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across design, production, and external partners.
- Experience or education in Research and Development (R&D) or Product Development, preferably within fashion, textiles, or a related consumer product field.
- Foundational Product Management and Product Development skills, including managing timelines, specifications, and sample tracking.
- Relevant technical background such as Fashion Design, Garment Technology, or a related discipline; understanding of materials, construction, and quality standards (experience in Food Technology is transferable but fashion-focused product knowledge is preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/Photoshop), with strong Excel skills for product data management.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated interest in contemporary fashion and trends, with a keen eye for design and product detail.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Fashion, Product Development, Design, or a related field is preferred.
