The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications through thorough test planning, execution, and defect reporting

Key Responsibilities

Execute manual test cases and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements

Identify, document, and track software defects using defect management tools

Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing

.Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues

Validate bug fixes and perform re-testing activities

Participate in test planning, test case creation, and test execution reviews

Ensure software releases meet quality standards before deployment

Maintain accurate testing documentation and test results

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of experience in Manual Software Testing

Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect management processes

Experience creating and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts

Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing

Experience using defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
