Junior Stack Programmer

About the Role

We are hiring a Junior Full Stack Programmer to support the development team with basic front-end and back-end tasks. This role is designed for someone at the start of their software career who has foundational coding knowledge and is excited to learn through real projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with basic front-end and back-end development tasks
• Support updates, fixes, and testing for web applications
• Write clean, simple, and maintainable code with guidance
• Help debug issues and document solutions
• Participate in team discussions, code reviews, and learning sessions
• Follow development standards and version control practices
• Work with senior developers to complete assigned tasks

Requirements

• No prior work experience required
• Basic knowledge of programming concepts
• Familiarity with at least one front-end and one back-end technology
• Understanding of databases, APIs, or web application basics
• Strong willingness to learn and improve

Nice to Have

• Academic projects, portfolio work, or self-built applications
• Exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, or similar technologies
• Familiarity with Git
