Job Title: Lead Business Owner Digital Commerce
Salary: £70,000 - £93,700
Location: Cambridge, Hybrid (2-3 days per week in Cambridge)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time 35 hours per week
The Digital Commerce Programme is a critical cross-organisation initiative to improve our digital customer experience, enabling scalability to deliver global products and new business models with a new modern, efficient and competitive ecommerce platform and associated tools. The Programme is expected to drive over £50m of CUPA revenue by 2030.
The Lead Business Owner is a new role working across all product groups, enabling and central functions bringing end-to-end business leadership and vision to the development of CUPA's new digital commerce capabilities, ensuring maximum value is delivered to all product groups creating the best online marketing, sales and customer experience possible for all CUPA digital products and services.

You are an experienced digital leader, results driven, creative and collaborative and thrive working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy. Strategic, customer and market focussed in everything you do, with excellence in stakeholder management, relationship building and exceptional communication skills, you are an experienced executor unlocking and driving the roll out at scale of a new set of foundational enterprise level digital commerce tools for the global business.

About The Role

- Bring strategic, leadership and vision to the development of CUPA's new digital commerce capabilities.
- Be the one voice for central technology, shared service and implementation teams, articulating with clarity and authority one view of prioritized business, customer, market and product group requirements.
- Collaborate with product group leadership to resolve conflicts and competing priorities swiftly and smoothly agreeing a clear way forward for central teams
- Own decision making on roadmap prioritisation ensuring a scalable business led planning approach, and market and customer focussed execution, maximising re-use of capabilities across product groups and sectors
