We are looking for Lead Scheduler to join our friendly team based in Aldershot to oversee operational activities across our MoD Housing contract. You will be responsible for monitoring reports, addressing resource and effectively communicating with the supervisors and scheduling team.

We are looking for Lead Scheduler to join our friendly team based in Aldershot to oversee operational activities across our MoD Housing contract. You will be responsible for monitoring reports, addressing resource and effectively communicating with the supervisors and scheduling team.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting daily, weekly and monthly team targets
- Produce monthly missed appointment reports
- Identify issues with resource allocation and scheduling errors
- Ensure jobs are scheduled for the following day checking travel and time requirements
- Train new members of staff and create training templates for new starters
- Liaise with the Area Supervisors to ensure smooth operations
- Attend Supervisor / Manager meetings when required
- Proven experience leading a team
- Scheduling experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Salary between £28,000 to £30,000 per annum
