Contract: Full‑time, permanent

Salary:£32,000–£38,000 per annum (depending on experience) + performance bonus


About NowSkills and the Role

NowSkills is scaling its AI Leadership apprenticeship offer and we need an experienced, engaging Leadership & Management trainer to work alongside our existing AI Product Managers, you will co-design and deliver employer‑aligned training, and ensure high‑quality assessment and compliance..


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality, engaging training for Level 5 Leadership & Management apprenticeship units.
  • Integrate AI and leadership concepts, procurement practice, governance, risk and change management into learning delivery.
  • Maintain accurate learner records and evidence to meet Ofsted, DfE and awarding body standards.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to refine curriculum, assessment briefs and learning resources.


Essential Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience delivering Leadership & Management apprenticeships or vocational training at Level 4/5.
  • Practical knowledge of AI adoption themes: strategy, procurement, governance, risk, workforce impact and change management.
  • Excellent coaching, facilitation and classroom management skills
  • Confident communicator able to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.


Desirable Qualifications & Experience

  • Teaching or training qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, Level 5+ Teaching Qualification).
  • ILM or equivalent leadership coaching qualification.
