What you'll be doing

• Providing practical legal advice across a broad range of business areas
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts
• Supporting the protection and management of our global trademark portfolio
• Advising on intellectual property, data protection, employment and corporate matters
• Supporting corporate governance and company secretarial activities
• Partnering with stakeholders across the business to manage legal risk and support growth
• Helping ensure compliance across our global operations

Who we're looking for

We're looking for a qualified solicitor with strong commercial awareness and experience of drafting and negotiating contracts.

You may already have experience working in-house, or you could be looking to make your first move from private practice. What matters most is your ability to provide pragmatic advice, build strong relationships and confidently navigate a variety of legal matters.

You'll bring:
