We are working with a leading international insurance broker who are seeking to hire an M&A Claims Associate in London. This position is a great opportunity to join a growing company and gain exposure to all facets of the M&A insurance industry.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in managing claims under W&I and tax insurance policies
- Review transaction documents (SPAs, disclosure letters, policy wordings)
- Analyse legal and factual issues relating to claims
- Liaise with insurers, brokers, clients, and external counsel
- Support negotiation and resolution of claims
- Track claims progress and prepare internal/external reports
About you:
- Law degree
- Experience in corporate/M&A, disputes, or insurance
- Strong analytical and drafting skills
- High attention to detail and organisation
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
